Why it matters

01The number nobody reports

When the two lines drift apart, stock is piling up in a distributor's godown and next month's order is already lost. Most teams find out a quarter late, from a spreadsheet.

  1. 01

    Visits that never happened

A check-in booked from a tea stall two kilometres from the shop.

Check-in only counts within 50 m of the outlet. Orders carry their own GPS proof.

  2. 02

    Numbers that are already stale

Distributor sales arrive as an Excel sheet a week after month-end.

Distributors upload their own file; columns map once, every row is validated.

  3. 03

    Schemes nobody can prove

The offer ran for a month. Did it move a single extra case?

Uplift against baseline, redemptions and ROI — per offer, per outlet.

Every beat. Every shop.

Sales officers, hundreds of outlets a day, a dozen distributors — each holding a different slice of the truth.

One system of record.

The same order, the same stock, the same number — from the shop counter to the board room.

02How it works

Each role works in its own workspace, and every action feeds the next one. The last step writes the first step's input.

  1. 01Projection engine

    Demand is forecast

Per SKU, per territory, per month — and turned into targets automatically, not last year plus ten percent.

04Field Sales App

Sales officers work in godown lanes and basement markets. The app was built for exactly that: everything a visit needs lives on the phone, and syncs itself when the network comes back.

  • Proof, not promises

Check-in inside 50 m of the outlet. Each order is verified within 100 m.

  • Offline by design

Orders, visits and notes are stored on the device and reconcile on reconnect.

  • The scheme at the counter

Valid offers show on the order screen, so the shopkeeper sees the reward.

  • Earnings in view

Officers see their incentive ladder — and the retailer's — as they sell.

05Projection Engine

Three models forecast every SKU in every territory. You compare them on their actual error, apply the uplift a planned offer should bring, overrule a number when you know better — and the targets write themselves.

Offer-uplift factor
A planned scheme lifts the forecast by what comparable offers really achieved.
Manual override
Overrule any number. The change, and who made it, is recorded.
Auto-targets
The accepted forecast is split into territory and officer targets.

Seven roles. Each sees its own node and everything beneath it — and nothing else.
AESPII encrypted at rest
Phone numbers and personal fields are AES-256-GCM encrypted in the database.
LOGAudit log
Every change records who made it, what changed and when.
JWTShort, sliding sessions
Sessions end after 30 minutes idle. Sign-out ends them immediately.
ETLStaged, de-duplicated uploads
Files land raw, validate row by row, and can never double-count an invoice.
GPSTamper-evident field data
Every visit and order carries its own location and accuracy reading.

08Going live

  1. 01

    Map your chain

Territories, distributors, outlets and SKUs come in through validated bulk-upload templates.

  2. 02

    Configure the field

Beats, schemes and incentive ladders are set up with your area managers.

  3. 03

    Pilot one area

One area goes live end to end, and distributors upload their first files.

  4. 04

    Roll out nationally

Add areas and regions. Forecasts sharpen as every month of data lands.

Questions

Yes. Beats, outlets, SKUs and live schemes are stored on the phone. Visits and orders are saved locally and sync automatically when the network returns — the sales officer doesn't have to do anything.
